My husband’s a survivor.

I’m a mum of two sons that we’re very proud of and, basically, I’m a medical PA secretary and my husband is a London taxi driver.

We are here for the SCTS event run by cardiothoracic surgeons (The Society for Cardiothoracic Surgery in Great Britain and Ireland).

My husband and four members of the group, that are here this weekend, are survivors of aortic dissection.

The lady pictured here whilst attending the SCTS annual meeting in Belfast is my wife.
I survived an aortic dissection in 2003 and would not be alive today if not for her love and support. She is my inspiration, soulmate and SMILE ON MY MOON x
